Onigiri Cafe Risaku
Rice sent directly from master rice farmers is carefully cooked in an old-fashioned rice cooker. Because freshly cooked rice tastes always better, they repeatedly cook a small amount of rice and make it into onigiri. The rice ball is a simple food, and therefore "Onigiri Cafe, Risaku" is overflowing with attention to detail.
The ingredients are handmade as much as possible. It is fun to choose your favorite from a selection of over 30 different kinds.
Soups are also made by mixing miso (soybean paste) and paste in the shop based on the soup stock that is prepared daily, and each soup is made to match the rice balls. All side dishes are made in the restaurant under the concept of "something that cannot be made at home". Every detail of the food here is made with care and attention.
